1. Promised me in writing as part of the sale for seat covers. My salesperson, Jordan, still keeps giving me the run -around putting that off after a month and my 2 contacts about that. He seems to b blam covers. My salesperson, Jordan, still keeps giving me the run -around putting that off after a month and my 2 contacts about that. He seems to b blaming it on service. It wasn't service's problem with the toe key lock cover. That is another story. A cover that was missing that Jordan had promised to replace before I bought the car. I have had the car about 5 weeks now. I guess, once you are off the lot with the car, they don't care about promises, even ones in writing. The serviceman who helped me with his service manager to get a toe key cover which was promised to get replaced before I bought the car was the most helpful of anyone. He and his manager advocated for me to get a toe key cover that matched the paint of my car instead of black. I had to wait over three and a half hours to get this resolved. Jordan said I would have to pay for it or he would have to pay for it. 100.00 dollars at that! I refused to pay for something that was missing that Jordan had promised to replace a day before I even bought the car. Now waiting in service, I mentioned it to a serviceman outside waiting on Jordan to figure this out but the guy inside said Jordan was 'busy with another customer.' So very thankful that this serviceman was able to advocate for me. He also mentioned to his service manager and the sales manager that I had been sitting there for over three hours to resolve this. Had to cancel and reschedule a doctor appointment and then arrive late to the second one in the afternoon because of all this. It would be nic More
