My car was in the shop for a week and a half for an oil change and a diagnostic. My car’s AC was recharged as well. Perhaps this is common knowledge, but I clearly communicated via email and in person that I needed help navigating things and was unaware of the registration process in Nevada and California and I had asked for clear instructions.
