They did not provide me with a rental or a loaner even though with my recent financial troubles, did not update me with any information on how my car was having issues, when will the parts get here nor an though with my recent financial troubles, did not update me with any information on how my car was having issues, when will the parts get here nor an estimated time when my vehicle will be ready. When my vehicle was ready they only notified me 15 minutes before they close which was an extreme small window for me to pick up my vehicle like if they were trying to avoid another customer to walk in. Lucky I was with one of my friends at the time of the call to go rush to the dealership, if it wasn’t for the lucky timing I would have gone a whole afternoon until next morning to walk to the dealership in harsh weather for miles since Ubers are expensive and again I was in financials issues. How ever in my time of crisis I did complain to corporate but was later ignored by this so great “Hyundai” that “values” their customers. I got recommendation from my family that Hyundai is a very reliable and caring company but how ever I felt the opposite of that, after multiple attempts in trying to be a value customer I gave up in the end. My case number in my situation is 23211248. I feel like I could of gotten a better experience in this. More
I didn't like that the guy that changed my oil started working on the next car before he finished my oil change. He did the next car's oil change and tire rotation and only came back to finish my car whe working on the next car before he finished my oil change. Sitting there waiting isn't my favorite pass time. More
My car was there for 6 weeks. I could never get anyone to respond to text, emails and calls. When I finally did speak to them they were nice and informative. My recall was done and nothing else wrong with car but it took 6 weeks. I understand they were short staffed but they can at least answer a text. They did say they will work on my car immediately if any problems were to arise so I do appreciate that. They definitely need to work on their communication skills with customers and service department needs their own secretary for messages. More
