When I booked appointment I said I would wait for vehicle. When I got there they said it would be about 4 hours so I took lift home. I came back 4 hours later and was told they were working on my veh vehicle. When I got there they said it would be about 4 hours so I took lift home. I came back 4 hours later and was told they were working on my vehicle but it was in the same spot Parked in originally. I asked them to please check tire pressure on all tires. After waiting another 20 min I watched them take my car into service center. A short time later they brought it back out. The workers at counter were just socializing and took another half hour to tell me my vehicle was done. When driving I looked at tire pressures and they were the same as when I came in. One was 37 one was 30 another 35 and last one 32 More

Pre-scheduled service online on 1/3/24 for recall repair of ignition on 2/2/24. Even with a month's notice, Lithia did not have the required parts in stock to complete the recall service.
