We have the 2025 Palisade Calligraphy. It's had to be in the shop multiple times. Finally, on 7/15, they said they'd just order a whole new part. Called on 8/12 to see if it's come in and it's never been ordered. To the surprise of no one. We will never purchase a Hyundai again. I don't care if it's all under warranty, it's a hassle and speaks of the poor quality having to go in as often as it does. Three major recalls (one with still no fix), the heated/cooled seats don't work, the drivers seat fell apart twice just to find out it was never bolted in at the factory. All in less than two years for a almost $60,000 vehicle. Service department communication is non-existent. Do not buy a Palisade. More
