I looked online and saw that there was a recall on this engine. I hauled it to Hyundai of Anchorage and they took care of me. They inspected the engine and sent in the results. A week later they installed a new engine at no cost to me. I thought they would give me a hard time about the mileage or lack of service records but they didn’t. They helped me when I needed help and I can’t say enough about how impressed and grateful I am. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Best car dealer experience ever! More

Communication was best in person, and texting was a close second — both were clear and responsive. Phone calls, on the other hand, weren’t very effective, but the team made up for it with great face-to-face interactions and prompt text updates. Overall, they worked with me on several repairs (some covered, some not), and handled everything with fairness and professionalism. Even when things were busy, they treated me like I was their only customer. Excellent customer service all around! More

Everything was good at purchase, I glad I didn’t purchase any service agreements, I called and left a message and I also was texting with someone on your website and they said that a service person would con any service agreements, I called and left a message and I also was texting with someone on your website and they said that a service person would contact me. That was over a week ago and stilll no call. You can’t call and set up an appointment (I don’t like text, should be able to call) and when you leave a message or text know one returns your call. Hopefully when I need my 3 years of services someone will respond. I have an appointment next week with a service station to change my tires. More
