Set up appointment for recall work after receiving notification that parts were available. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment which included the recalls and an oil change. I was t notification that parts were available. Dropped off the vehicle at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment which included the recalls and an oil change. I was told there was about 3 hours of work to be done. At 4:15 I called the service department to ask about the status of my vehicle and was told it was just going in for the oil change and would be ready in an hour. I came to the dealer and found the parts for the seatbelt recall were not in stock and had to be ordered also the software download was taking a long time and would not be completed that day. I needed to make another appointment when the seatbelt parts arrived. Left without a vehicle for the entire day and only thing accomplished was an oil change. They should have let me know the seatbelt parts were not available when I checked in. When I ask why it had taken all day for an oil change and a failed download, I was told there were three techs that called in that day and they were running behind. If I had been told that information along with the fact that the recall parts were not availability, I would have rescheduled instead of being without my vehicle for the entire day and needing to come back for a second appointment. More

as far as the oil change and injector clean went OK however I have an issue with my E brake not functioning properly as it was when I first brought it to your shop. I need to talk with someone to take care of it and coordinate a repair the E brake was working perfect when I arrived and now it's not and I feel I'm being dismissed on my concern. Needed to resolve the issue. I want to feel comfortable as a loyal active customer that my concerns are respected and to continue to have a good relationship with your dealership.
