I was helped once again by the wonderful staff at Lithia Hyundai , I had gotten a vehicle in May which was totaled on the 1st. After I brought the car the finance officer said that I didn’t have a bumper to bumper 30 day warranty. It was a certified car and my son was with before I purchased the car and my son asked if it had a 30 didn’t have a bumper to bumper 30 day warranty. It was a certified car and my son was with before I purchased the car and my son asked if it had a 30 day warranty and the same Man hold us that absolutely it came with the car. I felt that after I purchased the car and tried to get some agreed to things fixed I felt when the deal was done the salesman didn’t give a xxxx about me and me or my vehicle. When I said I wanted to speak to the salesman he walked by me the three times and ignored me. I sold cars for the lithia Chev in the valley I was told that after sales I needed to see that I gave the customer as much care as during the sale. Please let me know if the finance manager lied to us about the warranty. Thank you. More
