Dan was professional, honest and upfront. He went over when the car should go in the shop, what to expect from my insurance and when it would be ready. He not only got my parts there prior to the approval when the car should go in the shop, what to expect from my insurance and when it would be ready. A vehicle 14 years old should have at least safety equipment available. The other parts tool up to 8 days to receive and the tech went on vacation and at the time he was the only diesel tech working due to corona 19. I had to rent a car as I am 65 miles away and had to extend the rental twice but I am satisfied with the service and don't want to give the impression I am blaming the service guys I was just explaining what Happened Thanks to all the persons I had contact with.
