Took my truck in for frozen door handle recall. They told me they don’t do that until it breaks. Told them I have a second home in the mountains. They then told me ok. I would like service staff to be more realistic in timelines. I almost always need my vehicle ASAP. Are all service stalls able to perform basic essential services?. A simple oil/filter change and tire rotation should not require 4 hours, even on a busy day. Disappointing to say the least. As I am going to be looking to purchase a new vehicle next spring a HuGE criteria will be service center speed and precision. Am not retired and can’t give away multiple hours for simple service items. More
I tried calling for over a week with no answer or return calls from leaving messages. I go down there and literally told that 10 techs were terminated (and not from Covid but to save money) all of the recep calls from leaving messages. I go down there and literally told that 10 techs were terminated (and not from Covid but to save money) all of the receptionists/cashiers except one have been terminated and that they have new manager because the old one quit with a few service writers and the warranty clerk. That they are told to say it’s because of Covid yet they had a service advisor who had Covid and didn’t disclose this with employees ( the sick employee did) or their customers!!! I appreciate this young mans honesty and advise. I would like to continue doing business there but I have no interest in 30 minute waits to be seen for a 4 hour oil change!!! Hopefully this new manager will be able to shed some light with the owners about poor upper management!!! More
The service manager I dealt with was Justin Reid he provided excellent courteous service and communicated very well. They gave us a flash drive but did not go over specific details on fiords, fees etc. just told us our monthly payment price. They slipped in that they expected us to give $500 down in cash and there was no details on fiords, fees etc. just told us our monthly payment price. And there were rebates and they were rebates and they never even discussed the rebates and if we got them. Felt like we were kind of rushed and they wanted to make a deal and get us out of the air because it was late in the day. More
