Shady Dealership I knew what vehicle I wanted and Lithia Ford was the closest dealership that had what I wanted. I sat through their silly sales games while they t I knew what vehicle I wanted and Lithia Ford was the closest dealership that had what I wanted. I sat through their silly sales games while they tried to sell me a used Explorer for $36,000, about $4,000-$6,000 over other Explorers the same year and trim. They tried to get me to put a down payment on the Explorer without even being able to test drive it.They refused to lower the price, so I left. After I left the car salesmen sent me an email stating it was the information on the Explorer I looked at. It was not the same Explorer, it was a cheaper model. Trying to purchase a vehicle from Lithia Ford was a hassle and a waist of time. Actions speak louder than words. The actions of this dealership show little integrity. I would never trust a major purchase from a shady dealership. More

Where's the service??? This dealership can't seem to get their service down right. Their online service reservation system does not work. The Service manager does not retu This dealership can't seem to get their service down right. Their online service reservation system does not work. The Service manager does not return calls, why have voice mail if you don't return calls. The Service representative couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. If the "Express" Oil Change is going to to take 3 hours, just say it so i can decide if i want to stay or get a ride. Don't keep me guessing. I like the car i purchased at Lithia, and i feel i paid a fair price. I think the mechanics do a good job on fixing my car. But they need to figure out the Service side of their business. More
