The Service manager does not return calls, why have voice mail if you don't return calls. The Service representative couldn't tell the truth if his life depended on it. If the "Express" Oil Change is going to to take 3 hours, just say it so i can decide if i want to stay or get a ride. Don't keep me guessing. I like the car i purchased at Lithia, and i feel i paid a fair price. I think the mechanics do a good job on fixing my car. But they need to figure out the Service side of their business. More
Another bad experience Dropped off my truck for two warranty type items. Got a call neither one was covered so I elected to have them fix both items at $450.00 each. Upon recieving my truck back I noticed that they didn't test drive the truck to make sure that their work was complete. The next day the light come on again and I was told to come on in for a free inspection and they would go from there. I can't afford another $450.00 and missing work for nothing to be done right. Not my first bad experience here. Just trying to give them another shot to redeem themselves. 👎 More
