Tony is rude and didn’t do the work I requested. Drove three hours and left my truck with him because of a check engine light. I had to go through the used car manager to even get an appointment because Tony couldn’t be bothered to work with me, despite this being my fourth visit for repairs since I purchased the vehicle in April. I asked if they could change my oil while they had it and Derek said that wouldn’t be an issue. Also asked Tony about it and reminded him days before I went to pick it up. I picked it up- no oil change. His guys have also eaten in my new truck and spilled in it and left trash inside. I’ve been left with a completely empty gas tank upon pickup. It has just been one issue after another. Tony couldn’t care less when there are problems, doesn’t bother even trying when it comes to customer service. Some people at the dealership are absolutely incredible, so it’s shocking to me that Tony would even have a place there with how unprofessional he is. More
