Had a rental for one week specifically because I was told the module was ordered and was expedited. Then was advised that my Jeep would be ready I returned the rental which cost 604.13 and was told that the the module was ordered and was expedited. When I expressed my concern and showed my rental receipt, Bob said 'I have 15 guys in the back'. Can't keep track of all of them '. Was not really very pleasant....
