Bob Black is great This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Bob in a 10 month period. In March of 2017 we bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude and loved the vehicle. They b This is the 2nd vehicle we bought from Bob in a 10 month period. In March of 2017 we bought a new Jeep Cherokee Latitude and loved the vehicle. They buy experience was quick and hassle free. At the time we didn't think there would be a need to ever flat tow the vehicle. Now a couple of months ago we bought a new motor home and now wanted to be able to flat tow our Jeep behind. The 4X4 we bought was not equipped with the correct transfer case for flat towing. 2 weeks ago I called Bob and explained the situation to him. He had us come in and he hooked us up with a new Cherokee Trail Hawk that can be flat towed. He made the numbers work even though our other one was only 10 months old with less than 10K miles on it. We couldn't be happier with our new one and again Bob made the buying experience great. More
