The worst part was waiting so long for the parts ! One month + ! No LOANER car was available , even though everything was still covered under the power train warranty, and we had an extended warrant One month + ! No LOANER car was available , even though everything was still covered under the power train warranty, and we had an extended warranty, so we had to use our motorhome for a pricey alternative . The BEST PART was working with Charles Sebastian ! He kept us informed of the progress, and gave us updates as to when he expected the transfer case he ordered would arrive so the repairs could be made. More

Charles did a thorough job completing my 100K maintenance service and some extra issues. He worked with a third party insurer to submit a warranty claim while taking extra care on the general maintenance iss service and some extra issues. Several parts needed to be ordered so I will have to return for a follow up installation; those parts had to be paid for when I picked up my truck but I expect that will make the pending visit more seemless.
