This is the absolute best place! I live in West Linn and I drive down to Eugene just to get my car serviced. I havent lived in Eugene in about 3 years now and everytime I go in the people working there reme I drive down to Eugene just to get my car serviced. Was supposed to get a call when my part was shipped to schedule the repair. That didn't happen so I called to see what was going on they said my service writer would call me back by the end of the day. He schedule the repair. Went in for the repair asked if they could tell me why the brakes are squeaking really bad. They said the brakes are fine but still are squeaking really bad. Bought the truck from lithia but the service department won't stand behind the new brakes they put on because it was before the truck sale so I guess I'll have to take it in to another shop to figure it out. Frustrating paying over 30k for this truck and having to go in and get recalls fixed had to get the speed sensor replaced because it started causing the ABS light on the day o drove it off the lot and now have to go somewhere weeks to get the brakes fixed when you guys put brand new ones before I bought the truck in December More
