I would not recommend anyone to use this dealership for sales or financing ever,,, the only good thing this dealership has going for them is Jake in their service department.. I would never use them again. sales or financing ever,,, the only good thing this dealership has going for them is Jake in their service department.. I would never use them again.. It seems like they sold me a used jeep with older tires and of 2 different brands. The check tire pressure light started showing within the first couple of days. I took the Jeep in for them to check why it and of 2 different brands. The check tire pressure light started showing within the first couple of days. I took the Jeep in for them to check why it was coming on but they never figured it out. They scratched my rims with their power tools when checking tire sensors. Since this visit my Jeep started leaking water inside the cab soaking my carpet, creating mold. In August of 2021 they left my spare tire on the front right wheel, when it was a smaller size than the other tires. I told them I needed it road trip ready because I was driving to Las Vegas. My Jeep limped there and back. So I asked them to check why it was wobbling so much. They couldn't figure it out. I went back a couple weeks later asking them to check again. They called me saying the wrong size tire was on the front right. I said yes your mechanics left it like that when I said I needed it road trip ready and they were checking tire sensors 2,500 miles ago. He said they'd get it on correctly. After this visit I took it to Les Schwab who said the right front tie rod needs replaced. So I brought it back to your shop and they said the front right is fine but the front left tie rod needs replaced. Point s told me to get the tires balanced and see if the wobble stops, and said the left boot is torn. Costco balanced the tires and the wobbling stopped. The tire pressure light still comes on every day. Lithia dodge may have sold me a lemon but their mechanics messed my Jeep up even more. More
They did something to disable my car. I took my 1998 Dodge Durango to synchronize the tire sensors. The problem was the ABS and break lights kept going off and on for the past 2 weeks. I took my 1998 Dodge Durango to synchronize the tire sensors. The problem was the ABS and break lights kept going off and on for the past 2 weeks. This same problem happened in Tampa Florida and the Dodge dealership there did the job of synchronizing the sensors and fixed the problem. The car was working fine during out 3500-mile trip from Tampa Florida to Springfield Oregon, no problems with the breaks, no problems at all, just the lights coming on for a couple hours then off again. I took it to Lithia dealership and explained the problem, they said they would put though diagnostic and figure it out. We left the car at the dealership overnight, The next day, we pick up the car and there are almost NO breaks. The person we talked to refused to fix the problem because there are no parts for replacement, he said the break booster was leaking. We left and took the car to another repair shop. The break booster and the master cylinder have to be replaced. Both were replaced in early July weeks before we left in late July. How could both be broken? Someone at Lithia messed up. I am totally disappointed with your staff. The man waiting on us was terse and short and claimed he wouldn't drive the car as it was unsafe. What the heck was his end game, for us to trade it in and buy a new one. The Durango has only 48K miles on it. It was my sister's car and was given to me when she died. She bought it new in 98, never drove much. I want an explanation of what that dealership did to my car. Please do not text me again. I am new to cell phones, please email me at nana52171@hotmail.com. Thank you, Grace Delos-Santos, 692 32nd St., Springfield Oregon 97478. I now live in Oregon. More
They don't check their work, just send you out with the same problem you went for. Oil change not reset after changing oil. This is the 3rd time happening at this business. Gas guage not working. Returned same problem you went for. Oil change not reset after changing oil. This is the 3rd time happening at this business. Gas guage not working. Returned the car to me still. Not working. Told me, "Just fill it up, it will reset." I drove over 600 miles round trip to have this resolved. The service rep. Seth refused to return my calls. Cost me a lot of time and money, only to be sent out with no repair. More
