Overall decent service, but have issues with getting anything specifically taken care of unless you schedule well in advance. The car I bought was supposedly put through the shop. It listed cruise control, but the knob was broken off, the agreed to replace it, but before I could even get it back to the shop only a couple weeks It listed cruise control, but the knob was broken off, the agreed to replace it, but before I could even get it back to the shop only a couple weeks after the purchase. It threw an engine code, and then wouldn’t even start. They refused to do anything to help get the vehicle running, to either fix it for me, or even help in any way to work something out to help me to get it running. Turns out it’s an expensive part that needs repaired, but no help from them at all. Also, there was a broken tie bar on the from right side that I saw that if the shop had actually taken any close look at all, would have noticed the joint blown. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The sales person I worked with was kind and helpful, but wasn’t able to be authorized to do much for me. More

The service department at Eugene lithia has always been nice, professional, personable, and efficient in getting my work done.
