Lazy or Just Poor Service When my wife's pick up needed a new windshield wiper motor, we decided to have several other little things looked at as well. The dealership was short When my wife's pick up needed a new windshield wiper motor, we decided to have several other little things looked at as well. The dealership was short-staffed so it took a few days longer to get through the items. Though that was understandable, they continuously try to downplay each maintenance item. Going so far as to say that one windshield wiper was adequate. It was like they didn't want to do the work. When my wife picked up the truck she called me and notified me that while they did fix the windshield wiper motor, they didn't even take the time to put the wipers back on. I asked them to troubleshoot and install a trailer brake in the pickup. After keeping it an extra day to do just that they recommended that I take it to a different shop to have one installed. I simply wasn't impressed and I would not accept or expect this quality of work from a backyard mechanic much less a dealership. More

Felt rushed to sign I felt rushed and if I didn’t sign on the vehicle they wouldn’t keep it for me if someone else was to look at the vehicle.. which delay on signing iss I felt rushed and if I didn’t sign on the vehicle they wouldn’t keep it for me if someone else was to look at the vehicle.. which delay on signing issues I would of liked fixed on the vehicle scratch on the side and the car Hadn’t been details so seats completely stained I was promised it would be cleaned when I went to pick up and sign on car the stain lefter (broke) so car wasn’t clean and they didn’t have paint to touch up the scratch which the car is black and they didn’t have any black paint in that day which the guy helping me said he would get the paint in and contact me to come in and get the paint touched up and clean the front seats which are stained badly... now that i have left the lot the guy has not contacted me and I have tried calling him a few times leaving voicemails and he hasn’t returned any of my calls or text! So left with broken promises More

Dont bother with appointments As sometimes happens I received a recall notice for my Jeep. Called to set up an appointment for a Saturday. Set up two weeks later-making sure that t As sometimes happens I received a recall notice for my Jeep. Called to set up an appointment for a Saturday. Set up two weeks later-making sure that they would have the needed part in stock (they assured me that they would reserve said part). Yeah right. Guess what happened when appointment time arrived? Yep. No part. They will call me to schedule a time to fix it when they get said part. So they changed my oil(no appointment necessary!) what a circus the Eugene dealership has become. This is is why I have personally been taking my jeep to Springfield dealership for my lifetime oil changes. Much better and way closer to home. More
