They diagnosed the problem an said it was fixed. It was not. I paid 4,000 dollars to get this fixed through Lithia but it was not fixed an I was told I’ll have to pay another 6,500 to get it fixed!! Purchased a used vehicle I bought it before they detailed it (no problem). The issue I have is that I was tild there was a key for the door that an employee thar had the day off had taken home. I WENT back to get the key cause the ignition has a diffrent one the security system that locks the vehicle is tied to the door key. I WAS TOLD THAT CAUSE THEY DROPPED THE PRICE ITS UP TO ME TO REPLACE. I Travel for employment not having a key to lock my new car that wasnt detailed the reason they marked the price down as I was told is not professional. So not inly can I not lock my doors I have to drive with the alarm going off every time I drive complete Bull !@#$ These place is shady and the man who sold me this car that has caused me more stress than anything is lucky I have not fiked a law suit yet More
