Great New Service check In and Wait facilities My experience was great -- especially the work performed for my Dodge Ram 1500. Only problem I found was a "hic up" in the scheduling. During t My experience was great -- especially the work performed for my Dodge Ram 1500. Only problem I found was a "hic up" in the scheduling. During the prior week I had set up an appointment to get an oil change AND do a factory recall on the air bag inflation system. I was told that the time required would be about two hours. Many times were available and we set 3 pm since I had a doctor's visit scheduled at 1:00 pm, which should be well over. On the day prior I got a message to confirm that I had an appointment at 10 am. I called the number listed and asked about this, since this was a change. Again the rep told me he expected about two hours and would move me, or plan to see me at 10am. I made plans to stay at the dealership for the two hours. When I arrived I was told to expect three hours for the service-- pressing me on my doctor's appointment. It took almost three hours, and I made it to my doctor's appointment with a few minutes to spare. The three o'clock time, as originally scheduled, would have been less stressful. More
