Second review. I posted a negative review yesterday about my window regulator replacement. Service associate Tim called me within hours to inquire about the review. I posted a negative review yesterday about my window regulator replacement. Service associate Tim called me within hours to inquire about the review. He told me to bring my car back down and the non-functional auto up mode would be fixed for no additional charge. He also knocked $50 off the price of the repair. It looks like I will be returning to Lithia for future problems. Thanks Tim! My bad. More
