The oil pan service took almost 3 weeks. It was covered under warranty, but it took over 1 week for the manager to negotiate the other dealer paying for it. If it was covered under the warranty (which it was later confirmed it was) he should've fixed it first and worried about payment later. Putting the customer first, not his pocketbook. Nearly 3 weeks for an oil pan replacement on a ford f150 , the most common truck in the world. Felt like my time wasn't valued. I would rate this a 1 but I appreciate that the warranty did cover the repair. Just not thar it felt like my time wasn't valued. More
