They don’t answer the phone. They don’t return calls. I had to go through the business office option on the phone tree to get through to the service department. Service manager s They don’t return calls. I had to go through the business office option on the phone tree to get through to the service department. Service manager said they are short staffed and missing 200 calls per day, but I checked the website and they have no jobs posted on their website. All of this after it took me going in twice for the same problem before they discovered there was a service bulletin addressing the issue. This could have been done on the first phone call I made and saved me two days without a vehicle, missing a couple hours of work each time and still waiting for parts to arrive for a third visit. Very disappointed with this service department. More

I paid for an oil change back in March’23 and realized a month later( light came on) that they didn’t do the oil; I sure did get charged for it. Went back in May 1 st for them to actually do it.
