Hi Sam, I had my 07 Wrangler towed to your facility. i was told that they would have to work it in since it was a tow in. i understood that. 2 weeks later Seth Coffin the service writer, called my wife & she told him to fix everything that was wrong. 6,400 dollars later i took it home, halfway back to springfield the check engine light came on. i called Seth and he said to bring it back, again they said it was fixed. NOT! next day light back on. went back, hooked it to computer & they said evap sensor NOT! it was cat converter plugged. tired of games took it to different shop. repaired in one trip. haven't been back to shop. maybe should have gone there first!

Greetings Mr. Barnard.... Thank you for reading and responding to my message. I would like to also mention another stand-out employee of Lithia Dodge. And that is Brian Fisher, Sales Representative. On a previous repair on my Dodge Magnum, I received a message that my car was ready. I double checked that the Service Department would be open until I arrived that Saturday. I called twice and each time was assured, over the phone with what seemed like a remote phone answering employee, that the Service Dept was open to 6:00 PM. I arrived well before 6:00 but after 5:00. Fortunately, Mr. Fisher saw me outside and then went out of his way to help me get my car and then retrieved my keys. Even though the Service Dept was closed, he took the time help me.
