Greetings Mr. Barnard.... Thank you for reading and responding to my message. I would like to also mention another stand-out employee of Lithia Dodge. And that is Brian Fisher, Sales Representative. On a previous repair on my Dodge Magnum, I received a message that my car was ready. I double checked that the Service Department would be open until I arrived that Saturday. I called twice and each time was assured, over the phone with what seemed like a remote phone answering employee, that the Service Dept was open to 6:00 PM. I arrived well before 6:00 but after 5:00. Fortunately, Mr. Fisher saw me outside and then went out of his way to help me get my car and then retrieved my keys. Even though the Service Dept was closed, he took the time help me.
