Didn't get repair I requested Requested Uconnect map update. Quoted $90.00. Ended up $190.00 and map data was NOT upgraded. Instead I was told that system update was needed for a Requested Uconnect map update. Quoted $90.00. Ended up $190.00 and map data was NOT upgraded. Instead I was told that system update was needed for an additional $100.00. Had that procedure done and paid. Called Uconnect and was told I should not have been charged for system update and that I would still have to additionally purchase a map data update for $149.00 to get what I initially went to Lithia to have done. This is the second majoy screw up I've had at Lithia. First one was when I had a recall on my truck. Was told parts were in and I set up an appointment. After sitting for a couple hours waiting on the recall items to be done I was informed my vehicle was done but not all the recall items were done because they didn't have the parts needed. Had to make another appointment and waste another day. I honestly can't say much good about Lithia service. More
