We really enjoyed our experience with one exception. Justin was amazing. He worked with us to get the things we wanted but when we picked up our 2019 truck it had moss growing on it and it was dirty. We received a very fair price for our trade and no pressure for any up-sale items. For financing, Devin worked to find up the best rate. After all was signed and we were transferring items to the new pickup, Devin came out and asked if we were interested in an even lower rate. That is how customer service cane be defined. All of this in 3-1/2 hours, arrival to departure. After the sale, we wanted to add power running boards to the Ram. John helped with that as well and got us a price that made a 300 mile round trip very worthwhile. Again, no profit to him, but a demonstration of true customer service and John’s character. Fair pricing and great customer service. I have and will continue to recommend Lithia and John to those looking for a vehicle. More
