Getting It Right - Excellent Customer Care! Have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with a low 83K miles on it - Love this Jeep, the V8 High Output engine, upcountry suspension, etc., and it se Have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with a low 83K miles on it - Love this Jeep, the V8 High Output engine, upcountry suspension, etc., and it serves me well in town and in the mountains, road trips, etc. Front differential started grinding, arranged with David to have it in for gear replacement, also check on a possible seal leak. Then the weirdest thing happened just as I was going to bring it in. The oil dipstick was stuck - I mean no way was it coming out. So, David - who is by far one of the most knowledgeable car guys I've met, took it in, long story short wrapped the rear seal and dip stick freeing along with the front diff to get everything taken care into a job that was more than I had expected, but worked me me to get it done. Got the Jeep back on the road, and noticed that there was an oil leak - he took it in, and without hesitation, David ordered a new seal, oil pan gasket, and had me back on the road in 2 days time, and job done without charge - I never had to ask, he took care of it. The service team and techs do customer service right! A shout out to Joel who has worked me for a lot of years - thank you for running such a great team. Again, thanks David for such excellent customer care. I'll be keeping this Jeep for a while, but when I'm ready to upgrade to a new one, this is where I'll go to get it! Thanks you guys! More
