Great Customer Service John Lamboy was by far the best sales associate we’ve had in all the years of car buying. That’s saying a lot over 38 years. His easy going no rush demeanor made it easy for my husband to make it through the deal with very little stress, that’s saying a lot. We found that all the staff was friendly and it didn’t feel like we were in. A high pressure environment. When the sales staff are relaxed it says a lot about the company your dealing with. This was even during a stressful time dealing with the covid-19 health code requirements of masks inside and the stringent cleaning. Beyond pleased and will definitely recommend and even purchase another vehicle if the need arises. More

There was some issues that could have been avoided. They take no responsibility for their sales team being able to do a better job. Towards the end of the deal I could tell I was just a number. They could have done a few things differently and they could have been rated high, but they don't go that extra mile and fell short of my expectations and they are just another car lot trying to make money. A key chain would have made a difference at this point. More
I went in for an oil change and to find out what was going on with my engine light as to why it was on. I was told it would be a little over two hours before they could get my vehicle; However, in abou going on with my engine light as to why it was on. Took my Jeep in for an oil change. When the oil change was done, the car was brought to the front, where I could see it. I asked if it was ready to go and a lady said not yet, we are having waiting to have someone look at the power steering. I said that you. When my service coordinator came back, maybe from lunch, he called me up and said I was ready to go. He said they looked at the steering and couldn't hear anything and if I wanted to have them look closer I needed to book an appointment and they are booked out for a while. I know that either wasn't true, because the Jeep hadn't moved since the lady said they were going to look at it, or the people looking are hearing impaired, because this noise is very loud and people look over when I'm pulling into a parking spot. Noise is still there. Very loud. I would rather drive my Jeep up to Corvallis or Albany to the service bay up there than take it back to this dealership. I don't like being lied to. More

Must have too many customers, 2017 2500 Ram diesel,37000 miles. Today was the third time after an oil change I had to go back to the dealer to have a problem resolved. For my firs 2017 2500 Ram diesel,37000 miles. Today was the third time after an oil change I had to go back to the dealer to have a problem resolved. For my first oil change, I signed a lifetime oil change agreement,$949.00 First oil change, first time I had to go back to the dealer, had to have all the oil removed from the undercarriage,the top of the motor,(had to clean my drive way my self !! )I guess they dumped the old oil filter down the side. Other visits were just minor things like oil Rags left stuffed in the frame, (oil in my drive way again)things like that. Today,while getting my keys back, I politely asked if there was a less busy time of the day to come in,or if the 1 1/2 hour oil change time was just the norm,The Service persons reply was, I was welcome to go some where else ! (what ?) I should of popped the hood before leaving,but after that.So ya,got home and the air cleaner box was missing 2 of 3 screws holding it together. So while back at the service department for more screws,I was actually informed by the service Manager, that they just don't have time to actually check all of the fluids, like the front and rear differential, even though it's being marked that it has been checked.(I guess gears don't wear out)After replying I paid for it in a contract !! I was never talk down to so much my life,about how there was just no need to actually check the oil. More
