Good Experience I recently purchased a new Lexus from Lindsay, the relationship having begun on the telephone when I was looking for a model with very specific featur I recently purchased a new Lexus from Lindsay, the relationship having begun on the telephone when I was looking for a model with very specific features. I first called the dealer where I had bought my previous car and I felt almost ridiculed for making such a request. I then tried another dealer who understood my request but had no such model in stock. Finally I called Lindsay. The receptionist put me in touch with the inventory manager who told me within seconds that they had two vehicles which would satisfy my requirement. In a few more seconds I was connected with salesperson Nazir Jasat. Nazir emailed the details regarding the two vehicles and we made plans to meet. At every point Nazir followed through as promised and answered every question with pleasure. The transaction was completed without a hiccup and I was soon driving a fantastic new automobile. I had a brief interaction with Hwan Kim in the finance department which was likewise very professional and competent yet pleasant. I therefore have only superlatives for the over-all experience at Lindsay Lexus. I will call on them for my next purchase. More
