He listened to what features I wanted and didn’t try to sell me what he had on the lot. He worked hard to find the car to meet my needs (at the price I was willing to pay) and actually went out of state to get me the RX-350 I was looking for. Once my car arrived, Shah spent time walking me thru the car’s features and made sure I was comfortable driving my new car. And Shah’s customer service doesn’t end after the sale. A few days later, he arranged for the Auto Butler service and made sure that I was taken care of at the Service Department. When he says to call him with any question, he truly means it. I left CDs in the car I traded. I called him and sure enough he went and retrieved them from the car. Shah Karim single-handedly changed my impression of car buying, and I would highly recommend him to any one interested in buying a Lexus. He is true to his word, and delivers on his promise! More

At 270K miles I knew it was time to part with my old GX. Tammy knows my patience for car purchasing is not the best so she set the wheels in motion. I received a phone call from Lou Brown who answered all my questions and setup my appointment with Jeff Johnson. I spoke with Jeff and informed him exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived the truck was waiting for me to test drive. Once I made my selection I was in with Brian Addy who I gave a hard time but he was very patient. Tammy and Jeff further insured that I was comfortable by purchasing me a nice crab cake dinner. I can't thank this wonderful team enough for the GREAT experience.
