He never pressured me to purchase any of the extra warranties and made every effort to get me the car payment I wanted by offering me multiple financing options from different banks. This dealership has the worst customer service I have purchased Lexus GX 460 two weeks ago from this dealership. While the sales experience was not bad on the day of purchase, since then it has be I have purchased Lexus GX 460 two weeks ago from this dealership. It was $10,000 check I was supposed to received in 10 days but I have not heard anything since. I have left numerous phone calls and emails for both sales person, Steven Rhee and finance manager, Brian Addy, however, they have not returned one single phone call or have courtesy to respond to my email. When I visited the dealer, Brian said that the system was down and he had no status of the check. Since then I have sent many emails and phone calls but nobody has responded as of yet. More

Service Department Sucks! Most of the staff are professional and pleasant. However, ne in particular, Mike Lundsford is very nasty and unprofessional. Consequently, when they damage your vehicle all bets are off. They don't take responsibility and will try to make you out to be a liar. Apparently, the attitude starts higher up which explains the behavior of some subordinates. More
