Great Customer Service I was introduced to this dealership by my interest to purchase a used Mini Cooper. As it turned out this vehicle was not exactly what I was looking for but AJ contacted me on two other vehicles over a 3-4 month period to check if I would have interest in those similar vehicles. When i visited Lexus in Alexandria, Steven, who was very polite and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. The most important thing is u never feel pressure while u were there. From start to finish, he never pushed me or even attempt to convince me to buy the car. I did not buy the car until a week later, obviously I ended up getting ES 350.
