I paid a bit more than I would have paid at the dealership in Chantilly for a very simlar car that I found but the marginal difference was more than made up for by the attention to detail and the fair dealing that I experience at Lindsay Lexus. I am now the owner of a beautiful 2013 Lexus hybrid and I will drive away knowing I am in good hands. More

Sat down with A.J. and we quickly agreed on how the dealership would handle the end-of-lease process on my existing car (not a Lexus) and the price on a beautiful 2103 low-mileage ES350. The process went smoothly and by the end of the afternoon, we were driving our Lexus off the lot. I would highly recommend dealing with A.J. He knows the car and he negotiates fairly. None of this "let me check with the sales manager" stuff you find at other dealerships. We need to come back to tie up a few loose ends, but I expect no problems with that. A.J. is the best! More

Excellent Service Throughout! I have been leasing (and occasionally buying) my Lexus' through Lindsay Lexus for many years. My salesman, Kenndrie Utuk has helped me with all of them! He is just the best salesman - he listens and gets the best deal possible for me on the perfect Lexus. This last one, a 2016 ES350 is simply gorgeous, and the terms and price was perfect for me! Kenndrie is a GREAT salesman! Today I went out to the Lexus Tech man to learn all about the new features. Alex Judice is also fantastic! He went over all the new things for me, showed me in detail how to use the many, many features, and even helped me download onto my iPhone the Apps for Lexus and Lexus Enform. He even called the service people through the car's automatic call button, and had them help us with a problem that they were able to easily correct. He was very patient, very knowledgeable, and I really appreciated how he explained things so easily. Alex is a GREAT asset and a GREAT teacher! And finally, Mike Lunsford at the Service Department is really a big help to me over the past years. He schedules my servicing promptly, when I get there, he gets me in and out fast and always gives my car back to me washed and vacuumed. If I need to have a rental for the day, he sets that up quickly and I am never inconvenienced! A truly excellent experience, another GREAT employee! And the Finance department people are great too! They make it easy, quick, professional, and very pleasant. Overall, I love Lindsay Lexus! More
