I flew out from CHS to BWI international to pick up my vehicle and Jeff personally took his time out of his busy day to pick me up at the BWI international airport, an hour away from the dealer. The paperwork took less than 2 hours and I was back on the road with my brand new 2017 NX200T. Buying at Lindsay Lexus of ALexandria is worth every miles of my trip. I wanted a smaller SUV and we decided on the NX200t Sport. After our purchase and a few days of driving, we decided the NX was just a little too small. This dealership made the transition painless and we were able to upgrade to the 2017 RX350. What a dream car! Throughout the entire process, we were expertly guided by Sid Ferzad, our Sales Consultant. Great experience with Thai I was recently a first time customer of Lindsay Lexus and our salesman was Thai Tran. The experience was the best we have ever had at a dealership. We requested information online and Thai contacted us shortly after our request. After speaking with other salesman at other dealers, we decided to go to Lindsay and see Thai. We live about an hour away but he had a car ready for us to test drive and information available when we arrived. My husband is a mechanic and had many questions but there wasn't anything that Thai could not answer. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products, as well as being a no-hassle, really nice guy. Thai also listed to our needs and arranged for us to visit another off-site lot to view additional cars that day. By the end of the visit, we had decided on a lease. When our car was not going to be ready on the same day, Thai went above and way beyond the call of duty and drove our car down to our house the next day, on his morning off. Instead of rushing off, which would have been acceptable after an hour's drive out of the way, he stayed and showed us all of the features on the car and even got it paired with our garage door opener. Afterwards, Thai was available by email, phone, and text for any questions we had. We can't say enough nice things about him and we will definitely be visiting him again for our next car. Went from a 2002 ES300 to 2014 ES350 I have been going to this dealership for service since I moved here in 2014 from Austin,TX. Andrew Morton is the best in the service department. Always treated me with respect and was always informative of what repairs I need and why. He is trust worthy and I have recommended him to friends who drive a Lexus. Its his trustworthiness is why I bought another Lexus. The used car department worked for me until they found the exact car I wanted. Mathias was extremely helpful in teaching me about my new Lexus and will have to go back to see him for a bit more training. Lindsay should do some updating in there sales department waiting area with better variety of options while you wait. Could take a few lessons from the service department waiting area. "Lindsay says class" should show it in waiting area as well. More

George (Lexus salesperson) was extremely attentive, polite, and friendly! He spent time with us teaching us about the car, letting us take it for a spin and was extremely patient and thorough. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and really got a sense that George just wanted us to be happy and find the car we were looking for. I've never had an experience like this with any other car dealership! Even after I bought the car, George was still there (via text, email, etc) to answer my many questions!
