Mar wasn't pushy at all, he was blunt and honest about what Lexus had to offer and straight up told me their pros and also their cons, he didn't hold anything back. Again, not being pushy, he showed me the vehicle I was interested with and knowing I was undecided, he respected that and told me when I was ready to give him a call. That same evening I was back at Lindsay signing documents for my new RC350 F Sport. Mar is very respectful, very knowledgeable, and very approachable. If it wasn't for the way him and the staff treated me I would've walked and continue to shop around! Mar made sure I got the best deal available for me. This is our fourth vehicle purchased from Lindsay Lexus and even though the 2016 GX350 in Atomic Silver was not currently available at the lot in Alex This is our fourth vehicle purchased from Lindsay Lexus and even though the 2016 GX350 in Atomic Silver was not currently available at the lot in Alexandria Mar was able to locate the vehicle and have delivered in a couple hrs or less. We left a message on a Sunday morning about the car. Since we live about a four-hour drive (on a good traffic day) from Alexandria, we wanted the car to be held until we could get there to see it. We received a call back from Mesfin Ayele, and thus began a pleasant car-buying experience. At that first call, we knew that we were in good hands. Mr. Ayele was extremely professional, knowledgable, efficient, and friendly. He held the car for us to test drive, and within a relatively short time of our arrival at the dealership, we were writing the check for purchase. We loved the car then and still do. However, after driving my new 2017 CT 200h for a week, I learned first hand that paying less meant giving up the technology and comfort I had come to appreciate from Lexus. I reached out to Steven requesting another trade, this time from the more affordable 2017 CT 200h, to the 2017 IS 300 that I wanted initially.
