After I determined to move forward with the purchase, the sales rep, Nazir Jasat, and the dealership's finance person, Alan Jones, did everything possible to ensure that the I received all the information I needed, and to make the transaction smooth. They both stayed until well after the closing time of the dealership to assist me. Nazir stayed remained with me until after 11 p.m. to explain all the technology on the vehicle. He then invited me back for additional instruction if I determined that I need it. He also called me to see how I was doing with the vehicle a few days later. I love the car and I am very pleased. I would recommend this dealership to any that looks to purchase a car. More

AMAZING first car purchase We decided it was time to look for an SUV and I really wanted the Lexus RX350. We went car shopping at a variety of places and their customer service was OK. However, when we found the Lexus RX350 at Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria their customer service was EXCELLENT! My husband sent an e-mail to inquire about the car and AJ got back to him within minutes! They scheduled a time the next day for my husband to come see and it everything was history from there. AJ was knowledgable, kind, and so great to work with. I am BEYOND happy that we decided to go with Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria and purchase our first car from them. Even after we purchased our car they have kept in contact with us and have continued their EXCELLENT customer service. We had a crack in the windshield days after purchasing it and we figured it wasn't in the contract for them to fix it. We called to see what we could do and they offered to have it fixed at their expense. Aj told us that he wanted our first Lexus car buying experience to be one to remember and didn't want us to have a horrible first buy. WOW. That is all I have to say. Carlo is their saving grace I contacted Lindsay Lexus when Pohanka told me I couldn't get the car I wanted for another month. Carlo immediately came to my rescue and I was provided with information, pictures and customized videos to make sure I was getting what I wanted. A day later I was sold, I waa hoping that it wouldn't have taken 7 hours but Carlo kept me entertained, fed and even helped me drive both my old car and new one home. The negotiating and service from the managers was typical but Carlo really stands out from the crowd. He is my sole point of contact for anything I need for my car.
