Lies to sell Vehicle Let me start by saying i have owned 8 Brand new purchased vehicles in the last 7 years with all the options from different dealers in Maryland and non Let me start by saying i have owned 8 Brand new purchased vehicles in the last 7 years with all the options from different dealers in Maryland and none of them have come close to being as bad as Lindsey Ford on Customer relations or for honouring their word from staff. 1. 2011 F150 Platinum (traded in) 2. 2013 Toyota Tacoma Limited (traded in) 3. 2014 Toyota Tacoma Limited (traded in) 4. 2014 Chrystler 300C (still have) 5. 2015 Toyota Avalon (traded in) 6. 2015 F150 Limited (traded in) 7. 2016 Range Rover (traded in) 8. And now a 2016 Explorer (only lease I have ever owned). 9. *Now in the market for another pickup... I purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer after several hours of negotiating we finally came to an agreement. Free oil changes and 1 set of tires free. Both the finance guy and the GM/Part Owner at the time (Mike Engel) said yes 4 free tire replacement and the oil changes are free. I said where is this in writing, the finance guy said they mail it to me in a "car care coupon booklet". Guess what, never came. Called several times and got the run around and they will look into why I never got booklet... Never did. 1 year later I come into the dealer to get my 4 tires since one of my tires just went flat today, and they said "we would never do that" and that they wont do anything about it without seeing it in writing. Come to find out, the GM/Part Owner was never a part owner and was fired shortly after I purchased my vehicle, probably for saying stuff like that, according to the sales team here, while chuckling. So they just tell you whatever they can to sell. Just lies and one headache after the other here. And I haven't even started to mention the xxxx it was to get our vehicle between the Sales Rep, some managment lady named Sarah, who we were told was in the hospital and could not return our calls by the sales team (yet when we called the reception desk right after being told that, and asked for Sarah, the reception lady said she is with a customer outside and that she was looking at her as we were speaking! Cought in another lie. Later Mike Engel apologised for that). We didnt get to even drive our vehicle for almost a month after we signed papers due to repairs that needed to be done since it was hit in their parking lot before we purchased it and they had to fix stuff on it!). A guy at the front desk did say he will give me a Buy 3 get 1 free tires as an incentive but why should I now pay for 3 tires when I was told 4 free!. I'm sort of stuck as they have my Ford, it has a donut and I have to get it replaced and they know it... I'm never coming back, even for free oil changes! So tired of this stealership! Lindsay Ford just lost out on a potential reoccurring purchasing customer! More
Robert Rodriguez did a great job We found the car we wanted online but it was 4 hours away. When we showed up, the car was ready as promised and there was no 'up selling' as is typical when you go to a dealership. There was no bait and switch. There was no pressure. He sold the car at the exact price we were quoted and even got us a better APR than our bank USAA. Overall very satisfied. Not too much interaction with rest of dealership but Robert was on point. Thanks again. More

Complete waste of time Do not give this dealership your business. By far the most incompetent people you will ever meet. The sales guy doesn’t listen to a word you say, and the sales manager, Omar, will not give you a price on a vehicle unless you are ready to buy that vehicle right then and there. I asked the manager to give me an out the door price on a vehicle I was interested in, he kept referring to the “internet price” which is filled with rebates and does not include taxes and fees. I asked the idiot for a cost breakdown including the rebates I qualify for plus the taxes, fee, etc included. But again, he said the “internet price” is the best price we have. See…. Incompetent. If you have “manager” as a title you should be required to graduate middle school. More

The girl on the phone said just come in and anyone can do the return. Now the "Manager on Duty" is refusing to leave his desk to speak with me. I've been sitting here and sitting here. im watching 5 guys standing in the showroom laughing and joking in front of a stack of pizza boxes and now it has been nearly a half hour. You should have seen the attention I got 3 years ago when I was leading the 42k vehicle. More
