A very nice salesman offered to assist with getting me to the Service department and getting my truck repaired. During our conversation he offer me his business card and stated if I needed anything else please don’t hesitate to contact him. His name was Brian Rosales. Because of his friendliness and helpful afttitude I was considering taking him up on his offer to look at the newer Ford Explorers. I was very impressed with Bryan’s professionalism and knowledge of the Ford Explorer, that instead of getting by 1998 Ford Explorer repaired, I opted to purchase a new 2018 Ford Explorer. This was due in part to Bryan’s professional and courteious manner when he offered to assist me with getting my car to the service department and then offering his services to look at at new Ford Explorer. We loved buying a car from Ysser Buying a car has never been so efficient, fulfilling and fun as it was at Lindsay Ford in Wheaton. Ysser Touko knew everything about the Ford Fusion. Buying a car has never been so efficient, fulfilling and fun as it was at Lindsay Ford in Wheaton. Ysser Touko knew everything about the Ford Fusion. He was an excellent, friendly sales person who took the time to teach us about the car. Ysser was very clear and helpful in answering all of our questions. We saw the car on the internet on Friday evening, requested a test drive for the next day at 1 pm and Ysser responded within 30 minutes. We test drove the car that next day, and bought it that afternoon. We love "Ruby" including all her special options, and will drive her for many years - our third Ford Fusion!! More

Great experience for first Ford buyer! I had been wanting to get a crossover/SUV to replace my current car. I travel long distances frequently (500miles +), and I needed more space, and mor I had been wanting to get a crossover/SUV to replace my current car. I travel long distances frequently (500miles +), and I needed more space, and more comfort. I drove an Edge on business a few years ago, and loved the drive. I went to Lindsay Ford to purchase a pre-owned Edge. Tom LaGrave helped me find the perfect car for my needs, listening to why I wanted a crossover, how much I liked driving, and the level of comfort/space I needed (we have large dogs). He had owned an Edge himself, so he knew exactly what I needed. Nav system, AWD, and V6 were all a must, so Tom pointed out the best option on the lot. After a test drive, I was hooked! The whole process took way less time than I expected - from consult, to test drive, to key in hand - and I was off with my purchase! Since then, Tom has checked in with me to make sure I am still happy with the car, and to offer any help in the future.
