Just do you research on the car you are interested in, especially non-Ford cars. The single thing that took the longest was probably waiting to meet with finance. Also make sure you check that all the features advertised are really in the car. More

Spent 3:15 hrs. At the dealership on Sunday, May, 12th I had been talking to this dealership for several months about buying. New Explorer and finally pulled the trigger to buy the car. To buy the car and on Friday May 10th they told me the car would be ready for me when I got there and of course it was not. How can paper work take over 3 hours to pull together? The car had not been touched and had to be cleaned and filled with gas after I got there. When I got home I opened the rear floor boar under the 3rd row seat and it was filthy. When I opened tHe hood there where so many leaves under the hood that I had to get a vacuum to clean them all out. I love the car but would never buy another from Lindsey Ford. My sales person was great but the rest of the experience was not. More

Great Sales Team I came in about an hour before closing time on a Sunday afternoon originally planning on just test driving the vehicle. Boye and the sales manager sta I came in about an hour before closing time on a Sunday afternoon originally planning on just test driving the vehicle. Boye and the sales manager stayed late to help me get the car that day and worked hard to get the monthly payment where I needed it to be. They were great! The service department was gone by the time we finished the paperwork so they said when I came back to get my other car (I didn't trade in) they would do the detail service then which was fine by me. I came back the next day to get my car and waited about 30 minutes for the detailing - I'm not sure what they did besides putting the mats from the back of the car into the front. There was still some dirt inside and I noticed some small stuff on the chrome pieces near the windows; it will come off with a little bit of cleaner but it was a little disappointing that it wasn't taken care of.
