Overall it was OK because I was able to get the car that I liked. But the internet price is deceiving and misleading. No one would qualify for it. just made my 3rd trip to this dealership to buy a car. I am updating this review to include all 3. 1st trip, (November 2018) I was looking to buy a new car. I called and went over everything that I saw online. Such as the price of the car, my expected payment my credit, etc. Upon arriving we test drove the car then went to the financing part. The payments were way to high and way out of my range. Like others have said the price online includes every incentive and rebate that no one qualifies for. So then I understood why the payments were to high. Could have been avoided on the phone call. Several hours (I live 1 1/2 hours away) of my life thrown away. Not to mention they took me down to the used car department and tried to sell me a used on that had payment that were still way out of my range. On to the second trip. 2nd trip (August 2019) Sandy was our salesman and he is very nice. The dealership did get my wife in the car that she wanted but definitely not as smooth as it should have been. I hate that they won't talk numbers over the phone at all, the price you see online is with every possible discount that no one ever qualifies for but they tell you this in the fine print so it is OK for them to do it. After leaving the dealership at 10pm we drive home (1 1/2 hours) the next day in the daylight we noticed a chip in the passengers door handle. I immediately called and talked to the on duty sales manager and he said " well you left here. How do we know that you didn't do it" so I immediately hung up. A quick call back from them insured me that they would fix it. 1 1/2 hour drive down and they have the wrong part. Had to continually call and remind them to actually get it fixed. We are very happy with our mustang but Lindsay failed in multiple areas. Round 3 (February 2020) Sandy just so happen to call me asking for this review from when we bought the Mustang. My daughter just so happen to be looking for a suv so I asked him about it. We text back and forth all day about what used vehicle, trade in, credit, filled out the credit app, the payment in detail and even went up in payment, being upside down on the trade, sent the vin number and mileage. He said that “the team” says that they can get it done. We made the appointment for the next day at 3pm. He text that morning to confirm and would have the SUV ready for a test drive. We show up and there is a NEW suv for the test drive. Sandy said that the finance team said that it would work better with rolling over the money from the trade. This made perfect sense to me and actually happier with a new one. It was even a mid level model. We test drive and all get back inside and off to the fiancé guys it goes. They come back with a $450 payment...... our agreed upon limit was $300 😔 I immediately start into Sandy asking what is going on. He acts like it’s financings problem and they say that they don’t know anything that was said. They go back to try again and got it into the high 300s. Still not close. Then they come back with a sedan...... again finance guy claim he didn’t know what we were looking for and Sandy is just shrugging his shoulders. Finance guy ask If the suv had to be an se model or could it be an s model. My responses was if you can get us in an s model then why are we looking at an se model?? Back to the drawing board they go but only to com back at a minimum payment of $330. Still not under $300 that we expressed so many times. We decided that we have had enough at this point. At least they did offer us gas for the trip. This was once again a huge disappointment and a waste of half a Saturday. So in the end I have to say that this is the last time that we will ever make a trip there. Please learn from our experience and don’t bother. More

First, I got a call from the manager, Sarah, because I was there the day before but couldn’t make a decision then. She made that call just in time … Mr. Sandy in which I was introduced to by Mr. Torenzo, was the representative from day one. He was very helpful and was very courteous in helping my wife and I get the best deal possible. Christian was a very phenomenal negotiator, or I’d say hard but great guy!!! Over all the staff at Lindsay ford gets 5 stars all the way! More

He showed us different warranties and helped us choose the right one to fit our needs More
