I think they forged my signature I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. I have filed a complaint with GM, today I will go to the BBB and I am also going to file a comp I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN. I have filed a complaint with GM, today I will go to the BBB and I am also going to file a complaint with the attorney general. I bought my car here in November. There were some issues with the paint through transfer and the dealer agreed to fix it. My paint is black. They hired some no one off the street to fix my car, they never did. The guy used a paint pen on my paint. I told them this was unacceptable and they agreed to fix it again, same thing the second time. The third time, the guy repainted several parts of my vehicle and used the wrong metallic on my car! The metallic in my paint is copper, not silver. I sent it back and explained I needed this fixed. They refused! I ended up having to file a claim with my insurance company to have this fixed. That’s not the worst of it! My loan was not funded until the 40th day. No one called me about it, I would’ve missed my first payment because I had no idea until my previous bank called saying they never received my payoff. I ended up making a payment on a vehicle I no longer owned. Which they sold - I’m not sure how when there was still an electronic lien on the vehicle. I went into the dealership to inquire about it only to find out that no one did anything about it! When they did, the loan was funded by a completely different bank than what I had signed for. No other paperwork was signed. Every time I have asked for the loan origination paperwork no one can produce it for me. My loan paperwork for the new bank is no where to be found with my signature on it. I can only assume forgery. Now, my loan is with an entirely different bank, with no origination paperwork and Ariel refuses to take any responsibility for his lack of customer service. The Lindsay automotive group should be ashamed that they employ such personnel in their sales department. Run away from this dealership. More

Used 2018 Silverado 1500 Purchase this Silverado in April 1st 2019. There was a few things wrong with it and ask them to fix it and they did 1 of them. The windshield. They never called,so I had called them and they said it was ready,when we got there it was not ready and 1 other thing I had ask Chiny to fix was not and when the truck was finally ready about 3 hours later I notice the big chip in the door was not fix. Also the truck was dirty when we picked up.They wanted me to pay 1595.00 for detailing and the only clean area was the new windshield and tires. Dealing with Harold and a women can't remember her name said that she would call me and set appointment to have the chip fix. Never heard from her or Harold and Chiny about this. I payed 28000.00 for this and I am to call when they already know about it and said that they would fix it. The last new car I purchased from them was 2001 and they were great. Guess those employees retired or moved on. More

My purchase went very smooth and Luis Barrera was very hands on and an excellent salesperson. I would also like to thank Nathan the Finance Manager for his patience with me and answering all my questions and giving absolutely wonderful clarification on all my paperwork. I will definitely be a returning customer. More
