DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 6/11/2019. To say I am underwhelmed is an understatement. Selom was my sales representative and seemed t I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 6/11/2019. To say I am underwhelmed is an understatement. Selom was my sales representative and seemed to be extremely helpful; I was wrong. I drove two hours to this dealership specifically because they had the vehicle I wanted. When I got there, the vehicle I was interested in was being sold, so I was shown something similar. I enjoyed the test drive but the car was more than I wanted to pay. I was not offered the option of seeing other vehicles. I ended up purchasing the vehicle because I was happy with the car and was able to talk them down to a payment I could afford. They initially gave me an offer of $475 a month. My mom’s BRAND NEW MUSTANG doesn’t even cost that much a month. After reviewing the sales documents, I noticed a large discrepancy in the online sales price, the lot sales price and the price I paid so I called to discuss this. I was directed to Mohammed, the finance representative that did my paperwork. He informs me that I purchased an extra package that includes the original floor mats and two services WITH THEIR DEALERSHIP. When I tell him I was unaware of this, he says, “well I see your signature here.” Ok…that doesn’t change the fact that NO ONE TOLD ME ABOUT IT. When I asked him what services were included, he says, “that information should be in your packet of documents.” How about, it’s not! Apparently, Mohammed didn’t want to deal with it. What a terrible way to respond to an unhappy customer. When I press the issue, he said he would leave a message for the sales manager to call me. No one ever called. I called Ariel Sandy, the manager, directly and while I was trying to explain to him what had happened, he kept speaking over the top of me and cutting me off. He finally tells me that if I email him, he will have someone send me the information regarding the package I purchased. I did this but never got a response. I call AGAIN and speak to a very helpful gentleman, whose name I can’t remember, that was able to get me the information I needed. These amazing services I purchased for FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS include…drumroll please…TWO oil changes, tire rotations and multipoint inspections. So I paid $1500 for a package that costs, at best, $200. Not to mention, I’m being charged for the ORIGINAL FLOOR MATS?! I can get floor mats from Autozone for $40. I noticed, based on reviews, that I’m not the only one that had this same experience and it seems as though someone from the company always responds to reviews, nothing changes. Don’t apologize for a terrible experience if you’re never going to make any changes. I hope Selom enjoys the commission he gets from being shady with customers. More

Price bait and switch I went in expecting an easy car buying experience. I was prepared to pay the listed online price and had already completed the Kelley Blue Book insta I went in expecting an easy car buying experience. I was prepared to pay the listed online price and had already completed the Kelley Blue Book instant cash offer advertised at the top of their website. I was shocked when I was presented a vehicle price $10K over the online price and $3K less than the instant offer on my trade. They kept telling me there was no way I was going to get the internet price and kept insisting that I make them a realistic offer. Silly me for assuming the listed internet price was a reasonable offer. Nice enough people, but sleazy practices. More

Not truthful Not trustworthy at all. I purchased a vehicle from Lindsay Chevrolet on 5/31/19. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership so when I arrived, it Not trustworthy at all. I purchased a vehicle from Lindsay Chevrolet on 5/31/19. I live 2 1/2 hours away from this dealership so when I arrived, it was a little after 8pm. Mr. Ross said that he would assist me when I arrived, but instead had a salesclerk (Ahmed) help me. The vehicle I purchased is very nice, but Ahmed and his manager did everything in there power to try and up my monthly payments, after I decided to finance with them. Next, after refusing to be swindled out of another $1 and nearly about ready to walk out, they agreed to my terms. Finally, I had to meet with the finance manager Mr. Lorenzo to (so called) finalize the sale. Not only did Mr. Lorenzo pressure me into adding gap insurance which would have taken my monthly payments out of my budget, he got an attitude with me and said "who purchases a vehicle without gap insurance"? Then he wrote on a piece of paper and gave me options for minimizing my gap insurance payments, by selecting certain maintenance coverage that I'd be interested in, just so I would have the insurance, it was for $3 extra dollars towards my monthly payments. I should have known better, but tired by now because it was well after 11pm, and here I was the last customer in the dealership, I chose the coverage. After signing various forms to complete the sale, Mr. Lorenzo was placing all of the paperwork that I signed in a folder on his desk to the side (I did get just the contract). When I got up to leave, as I stated before, it was around 11:30pm and very tired, I forgot to get my folder with all of the rest of my signed documentation. I have called Mr. Lorenzo, Ahmed, and Mr. Ross (4 times) to have my paperwork mailed to me. Ahmed and Lorenzo said that they'd make sure I would get the paperwork. Mr. Ross never bothered to call me back at all. I even called and spoke to someone different in their finance dept. on 6/11/19 and explained my situation, and I was told that my paperwork would be sent to me by Fedex. I still have not received it. I will check today (after work) to see if the paperwork has been delivered to my home, if not, I will be contacting the BBB. Also I've noticed on the contract that I signed, that I was charged for gap insurance, and the cost was much more than I agreed to. I will never do business again, or recommend anyone deal with Lindsay Chevrolet. More
