The worst car buying experience ever! They advertise one price to get you there then switch. I came in already financed, they wanted me to finance through them only to rip me off. They low balled me on my t price to get you there then switch. I came in already financed, they wanted me to finance through them only to rip me off. They low balled me on my trade. I mean I really couldn’t believe what I seeing. They treat like you never purchased a car before and makes the process hours long just to scam you. I would never recommend this place for anything. Thanks for the Help! I wanted to first off say thank you to Lindsay Chevrolet and most importantly our seller, Edwin Ramos for helping me finally get my dream car! I had b I wanted to first off say thank you to Lindsay Chevrolet and most importantly our seller, Edwin Ramos for helping me finally get my dream car! I had been looking around for Camaros for months now, when it was finally time to purchase we decided to give lindsay chevrolet a try because they had a 2019 Camaro, Matte black, w pink stripes, it was calling my name. From the second we stepped foot in the dealership, Edwin made sure we were taken care of, it also helped a lot that he speaks both English and Spanish very fluently, so it made my father feel a lot more comfortable communicating in order to get the best information for this purchase! I would also like to thank one of the general managers for making sure that any concerns or questions were answered and for checking up on us during the entire process! Thank you Lindsay Chevrolet & if you need an amazing guide, make sure to ask for Edwin Ramos! Extremely happy with our purchase. More

Horrible experience. Walked out on shady sales tactics. Do not buy a car here. The sales manage - Chinny is a crook. Advertised prices online are just a lure to get you there and then they add on incentive Do not buy a car here. The sales manage - Chinny is a crook. Advertised prices online are just a lure to get you there and then they add on incentives. - this guy told me he decides who gets the incentives. I’m pretty sure that is GMC or Chevys call for being a valued customer with excellent credit. More

You can find more respectful people. Terrible, Garbage! Please find another dealership! this one is garbage. Kayla Atar is great but the "head-shed" won't care about you and treat you like an idiot. When Please find another dealership! this one is garbage. Kayla Atar is great but the "head-shed" won't care about you and treat you like an idiot. When I received the email asking for me to leave feedback, this is what they said: "We strive to make every call, appointment, and visit to our dealership a remarkable experience for you, our customers" The statement is an absolute lie. The dealership thinks that everyone that walks through the doors is an idiot. I dealt with Kayla Atar, a very good and conscience driven sales lady. She did what she could to ensure a smooth transaction but no one could ensure smoothness with the monster known as Lindsey Chevrolet. My 2015 Silverado had a transmission killing event. Something to the effect of the shaft on the 4th gear broke in half and there was no warranty. The ridiculousness that I went through to purchase another vehicle was something I don't think ANYONE should have to deal with. I dealt with one of the four sales managers who kept asking what my bottom line on a payment was (stupid four corners or four square selling). I told him and he cam back to me about 15 min later and gave me a number that was about $200 higher than my bottom line. I asked why he would do that knowing what I told him and what he showed me were so far apart. I let him know if he can't get to the number, no problem I would go elsewhere. He leaves and comes back at approximately $150 away from my bottom line. What??? What did he not figure out from our last conversation 20 min ago? He then tried to tell me that he would take off the $1595.00 used car fee that supposedly pays for 2 oil changes and all weather mats. If you do the math, 2 oil changes are about $100 each and the cheap all weather mats were not worth $50. The sales mgr tried to act like he hooked me up by removing the charge. I'm pretty sure you can't force the consumer to pay that fee. After almost the entire evening spinning our wheels and playing the 4 square game, my wife and I ended up leaving the dealership without making a deal. That night I was advised by another member of Lindsey Chevy to ask for Mr. Brooks. I showed back up the next day and Mr. Brooks began to play the 4 square game again. At least this time he was a little more direct about it. I eventually made a deal, not a good one but I needed a vehicle I they new I was "trapped" because my Silverado was in their service dep. The preowned truck went into the detail shop to make it ready for delivery. It also went in to service to ensure it was a certified vehicle. I went to look at the truck while it was in detail and already a certified used truck and I noticed one of the tires was very worn. I asked Mr. Brooks about it and he said they have their own people that inspect it to get the sticker and if anything happens, it's on them. REALLY??? THAT'S EASY TO SAY WHEN YOU ARE NOT THE ONE BEHIND THE WHEEL WITH YOUR FAMILY. I appealed to Mr. Coslin, the main sales manager. He refused to correct anything and said "the truck is sold as is and will not get new tires" A certified truck is sold as is? News to me... By the way Mr. Coslin will play the stare-down game. He is pretty much a large part of the problem from where I sit. Save yourself some time, go somewhere else that won't play games and will show you respect. AWEFUL dealership. I will say that Lindsey Lexus, where I purchased my wife's car is outstanding! So it isn't the practice of the Lindsey group to be terrible, it's just the practice of Lindsey Chevrolet. P.S. I am in the process of having the vehicle looked at by another Chevy dealer. I don't trust these guys at all. More
