Made an appointment the day before to buy a specific car. Called 9am the morning of the appointment to verify the car was still there & the salesman said yes. We drove 2 hrs and was 2hrs early for the appointment for the car. We got there and they had sold the car out from under us and hour ago. Very upset & disappointed. Not sure I would trust their word for anything now. They tried to sell me another 1 year older car to make amends at a fair price , but that's not the car we had the appointment for nor wanted . Also saw they had a surprise Tacked on $895 dealership fee gouge not on the internet or discussed on the phone. ????? More
