The process was chevy Traverse that we saw online. We met Seddik, he’s a really nice guy. He took time and explained all the new features to my wife. The process was easy and their sales manager were there also trying to help us the best to make the price and the payment durable. If you want to buy a vehicle, go ask for Seddik and Miguel. More

I had an excellent experience from the test drive of 2 different models all the way through the negotiation and closing. My salesman: William Wallace, was very helpful, polite, and didn't rush to close a different models all the way through the negotiation and closing. My salesman: William Wallace, was very helpful, polite, and didn't rush to close a sale: not the stereotypical car salesman. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase at the price point I wanted, all the way through Jerry in the Finance Department. More
PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH LINDSAY CHEVEROLET OF WOODBRIDGE, VA!! Of my 37 years of buying vehicles, commercial equipment, and semi trucks, I have found Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge, VA to be the WOODBRIDGE, VA!! Of my 37 years of buying vehicles, commercial equipment, and semi trucks, I have found Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge, VA to be the most unethical and unprofessional dealership that I have ever dealt with! While searching for a 2019 Cadillac Escalade online, I discovered a blue Escalade that I was interested in: $54,500 VIN: 1GYS4BKJ6KR377455 Stock #: HP7490. It was advertised on numerous used car sites to have 11,274 miles but when viewing the photos, I noticed that the photo of the dashboard showed 27,399. After I discussed the erroneous advertised mileage with the salesman Wuar Sadalla, he stated that the vehicle buying site must have made a mistake. I disagreed with that statement because 8 vehicle buying sites all had the same 11,274 miles advertised. Afterward, my wife and I test drove the vehicle then were ready to still purchase the vehicle. We were approved with USAA for up to $75,500 based on what we asked for but the negotiation with our salesman hit a snag when we noticed that there was a $2,995 "Dealer Secure Shield Vehicle Package" cost added. My Wife & I felt that should be optional or should have been added to the vehicle's price when advertised. Another surprise was that if we didn't go through their financing, an additional $2K would have to be added to the cost of the vehicle. After agreeing to have them run our credit (Only to prevent an extra $2K from being added) the cost came in at $59,889. We asked that $800-$500 be deducted due to worn tires. Our salesman went to his overweight "Supervisor" who stated that he would see what he could do. 20 minutes later, we were informed that someone had just purchased the vehicle which we found that very hard to believe. We went to Alpha Motorsports in Manassas, VA and purchased a 2019 Cadillac Escalade with 29K miles for $52K out the door! BTW, LINDSAY CHEVROLET STILL HAS THE VEHICLE FOR SALE WHEN I INQUIRED THE NEXT DAY AND IT'S STILL ONLINE! More
