I dropped my vehicle off at 12:45pm for my 1pm appointment for brake fluid, license bracket install and inspect the suspension. The license bracket was no longer in stock and no one called to let appointment for brake fluid, license bracket install and inspect the suspension. The license bracket was no longer in stock and no one called to let me know. Continue with my appointment and took advantage of the courtesy ride. So time goes by and it’s getting closer to 6pm. So I called and ask for a service rep to provide status and to arrange to pick me up. I was told that they will leave a message for the service team to call me back (no one called). Called again at 7pm and was told the service department is now closed. Again was told that a sales manager will call me back today so I can get my vehicle back (still no call). This is not acceptable and the lack of communication tells me that this is not a place I want to spend my money. I’ve had the similar issues at Lindsay Cadillac in Alexandria and thought I’ll just go to Lindsay Chevrolet but it seems no one really cares about customer service. I should have been notified about my vehicle status. If the appointment could not be kept then a call to reschedule would have been fine. Asking if it was ok to have my vehicle stay overnight to work on the next day would have been fine. But I’m sure I will have more disappointments tomorrow. More

Sales person gets 5 stars but the sales manager with a beard gets a big fat 0. Never be rude to your customers because you need us.
