When it came to evaluating my trade and offering a finl price, Cosslyn stepped in and in a very accommodating way offered me what I considered a fair deal. I then said I wanted to check out Mustangs. Again, they were very receptive to that idea and applied no pressure to get me to stick around. I tested the Mustang and came back two days later to finalize the deal. The new car was ready for me, the paperwork was ready and I was in with my old car and out with my new one is under two hours. Jewel Kelly had all of financing paperwork ready and explained the optional coverages without any pressure to accept them. She was very courteous and friendly, as was everyone else in the process.
